Jesus Christ, people! Of course the damn camera is always broadcasting what you say. It has a built in mic for people that would rather use it than their earphones. As soon as you plug in your earphones, it disables the mic on the camera. This is a non-issue. People need to stop being stupid and actually think a little. You unlock the achievement for playing with your eyes closed and smiling when you shut them and imagine you're actually playing a PS4 in 1080p. The word "D'oh!" pops up when it's unlocked.
